write @Html.AntiForgeryToken() in view to generate any forgery token (hidden textbox)
and use [ValidateAntiForgeryToken] on action to validate that request has valid anti forgery token
and use [ValidateAntiForgeryToken] on action to validate that request has valid anti forgery token
